JFOPT QSFP-DD 400G (4x100G) 1310nm 500米 DR4 MPO8/12 光模块是一款高性能400Gb/s四通道小型可插拔双密度(QSFP-DD)光模块,专为500米中短距光通信应用优化设计。该模块将8通道50Gb/s(PAM4调制)电输入信号转换为4路并行光信号(每路100Gb/s),实现400Gb/s总速率传输;接收端则执行逆向处理,将4路100Gb/s光信号还原为8通道50Gb/s(PAM4调制)电输出。模块兼容MTP/MPO-12连接器光纤跳线,通过插座内置导向针确保精准对准,安装时严禁扭转跳线以免破坏通道对准。电气接口采用符合QSFP-DD MSA标准的边缘式连接器。紧凑型设计结合坚固的光电连接结构与数字诊断接口,使其成为高速短距数据通信应用的可靠解决方案。
